Bryan Exhaust Tools – 30-Day Return Policy

Effective November 19, 2025We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order.Eligibility for Return
  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and parts included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
What’s Covered
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong item shipped
  • You simply changed your mind (no questions asked within 30 days)
Non-Returnable Items
  • Special-order or custom-made items
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items (clearly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Used, installed, or modified exhaust tools/parts (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Return Process
  1. Contact Us – Email support@bryanexhausttools.com or use our Return Portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Receive RA Number – We’ll reply within 1 business day with your RA number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship – Include the RA number on the outside of the package and ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
  4. Refund Issued – Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we’ll issue your refund within 15 business days.
Refund Details
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item).
  • If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
Return Shipping Costs
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product (in which case we’ll provide a prepaid return label).
ExchangesWe’re happy to exchange items! Just let us know what you’d like instead when you request your return, and we’ll get the replacement shipped as soon as we receive the original item.Questions?We’re here to help!
