Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review your order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Options: We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping.
  • Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

3. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Bryan Exhaust Tools is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund.
